1. SMS Messaging Program

Program Name: Life Legacy Network SMS

Program Description: Life Legacy Network sends one-to-one SMS text messages to individuals who have submitted a life insurance inquiry via our web form or opted in directly. Messages include inquiry follow-up, appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and appointment status. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details.

2. Consent

By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our opt-in form and submitting your information, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Life Legacy Network as described in Section 1. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase, service, or policy quote.

You may opt out of SMS messages from Life Legacy Network at any time by:

Your mobile phone number and related consent information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Eligibility

Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older who reside in the United States. By submitting your information, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Life Legacy Network provides information about life insurance as a service. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party carriers or insurers. Any insurance coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the applicable policy. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
